Personal Leadership Intensive™ (PLI) enables busy professionals to realize 3 personal or business goals. The unique PLI process is custom designed for each client to fast track results.

The 1-on-1 nature of the personally facilitated confidential 2 day coaching retreat exponentially boosts effectiveness and frees energy to embark on fulfilling the 3 goals over the following 3 months. One day and half day sessions also available.

Although most of our clients are organizational leaders, our belief is that everyone can be a leader. We lead in our communities, place of worship, families and relationships. Therefore our PLI clients come to us with varied and unique goals.

Some PLI clients come from a coaching or counselling background and wish to learn the process in order to add to their professional “tool kit” of services.
